Welcome!! Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to stop by!  I am Danielle and I hope you take the time to explore a little.  As you will find, I love dolphins and being involved in the marine world.  For many years, since I was a child, I wanted to 'break' the language barrier between the humans and dolphins.  I believe that there is so much that we can learn from each other.  In addition to this interest, I have become increasingly interested in Dolphin Assisted Therapy (DAT).  Through research, internships and volunteer work I have really begun to appreciate the extent to which we can learn and help each other. 

In addition to my love of dolphins you will find that I have a healthy love of all the creatures in the sea.  The awe-inspiring life under the sea continually amazes me.  While my focus has been dolphins, it was at the age of four at the Monterey Bay Aquarium watching the sea otters that I found my first passion under the sea.  It was my first aquarium.  I have had an amazing time in the water with beluga whales as well.  It would be amazing to have an opportunity to work with sea otters, belugas, seals, sea lions or any other life that is found under the sea.  Working to save our oceans also of extreme importance.

The purpose of my website is to introduce myself.  You will find a current resume, letters of recommendation as well as a little on my history.  The internships and volunteer link will tell you all about the work that I have been doing and the hands-on experience I have been accumulating over the years.  This link will also tell you about the affect this time has had on me in securing what I want to do with my future.  Under history you will find a personal account of how I became so passionate about the world in the sea.  In photos you will find a digital history of the fun I have had in deciding how to spend my future time and where my passion began!
